Role Description The Senior Dotnet Developer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities include working closely with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions, implementing new features, optimizing existing code, and troubleshooting complex issues across the application stack. The role involves participating in code reviews,



enforcing coding standards and best practices, and mentoring junior developers on object-oriented design, clean coding, and testing strategies.

Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with databases, APIs, and cloud services, while preparing technical documentation and supporting deployment activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications

- Strong object-oriented design and programming skills, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming principles.
- Proven experience in Software Development using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, with emphasis on building scalable, maintainable enterprise applications.
- Hands-on expertise in .NET Core for developing modern, modular, and high-performance services and applications.
- Practical experience with ASP.NET MVC for building secure, responsive, and user-centric web applications.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices, performance tuning, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in Microsoft or .NET technologies are an advantage.
