About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Mentor with a strong background in client-facing digital agency environments. In this role, you won't just execute campaigns—you will train, mentor, and guide students through live client projects, transforming them into industry-ready digital marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver practical, advanced digital marketing training using real-world case studies and live project scenarios.

Mentor students on strategy development, campaign optimization, portfolio building, and career prep.

Stay updated on current trends, platform updates, and modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity).

Evaluate student assignments, interpret performance data, and assist with curriculum updates.

Mandatory Requirements





4+ years of hands-on agency experience managing multi-industry client projects.

Expert-level mastery in AT LEAST ONE domain:

SEO: Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, GA4, GTM, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Core Web Vitals, Schema, AEO/GEO.

Google Ads (SEM): Search, PMax, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen, GTM/Conversion Tracking.

Social Media Marketing: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Lead Gen, Pixels & CAPI, Funnel Strategy.

Broad working knowledge of: Email Marketing, WordPress, Landing Page Optimization, Content Strategy, Canva, AI tools, and Performance Reporting.

Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and explain the why behind strategies, not just tool usage.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in teaching, coaching, or corporate training.

Fluent in Telugu and English with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
