Skills And Experience

- 12–15 years of experience in HR technology implementations, with 7+ years focused on Workday HCM.
- Expertise in and related modules Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking; specialization in Talent and performance management
- Proven experience designing and delivering Workday HCM implementations and transformations
- Deep expertise in presales activities including RFP responses, solution architecture, effort estimation and client solution workshops
- Knowledge with Workday configuration, including Business Process Framework, security model, reporting, dashboards, and tenant management.
- Strong knowledge of Workday integrations including EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services APIs.
- Experience with Workday Extend and advanced reporting/analytics is preferred.
- Proven track record of creating reusable assets, templates, and frameworks to expedite Workday implementation and ongoing support.
- Solid leadership skills with experience in mentoring consultants, architects & integration specialists.




- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present technical and functional solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

- Establish and lead the Workday HCM CoE including defining service offerings, delivery frameworks, and best practices.
- Scale the Workday practice, including capability development, recruitment, mentoring & certification of consultants.

- Partner with Client HR, Payroll, and IT teams to understand business requirements
- Support proposal preparation and solution discussions related to Workday HCM opportunities.
- Plan & Develop reusable templates, accelerators, and implementation assets to improve delivery efficiency.
- Provide delivery governance and quality assurance across implementations, ensuring adherence to Workday best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities, delivery optimizations, and innovation within the Workday ecosystem.
- Collaborate with sales, alliances, and leadership teams to expand Workday services and grow the overall HR technology
