Senior Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Lead

Location: Hyderabad / Amaravati

We’re looking for a hands-on digital growth leader to build and lead performance marketing across a growing portfolio of brands at ad96.

This is not a vendor-management role.

We want someone who can sit with a CMO, build the strategy, open the ad account, challenge the numbers, build the dashboard and explain exactly why the next ₹1 crore should be spent differently from the last ₹1 crore.

What we’re looking for

8–12+ years in digital, with meaningful experience on the agency/consulting side managing multiple clients, plus at least one meaningful in-house/brand-side stint.

Direct ownership of significant annual media budgets across Search, Social and Programmatic. You should be able to tell us the number - and defend how you allocated it.

Strong e-commerce experience, across both D2C and marketplaces.

Experience across Indian markets and at least one international market - US, UK, EU, GCC or SEA. Exposure across multiple sectors

Genuinely hands-on. You still log into Meta/Google/ad platforms. You still analyse GA4. You have built or significantly worked on a performance dashboard recently.

Strong structured communication. You can turn complex data into a explicit strategy document that a CMO can read end-to-end and act on.

Strongly preferred

GEO / AEO experience, including experimentation with AI-driven search and discovery.





B2B ABM and intent-based demand generation, particularly for long sales cycles.

SQL, Python or strong spreadsheet/data-modelling skills.

Telugu proficiency or willingness to work closely with Telugu-language creative teams.

Exposure to DOOH, retail media or CTV.

Experience building systems, processes and teams from the ground up.

We are NOT looking for:

Someone whose primary role has been managing vendors who actually do the work.

A pure brand strategist with limited execution experience.

Someone who needs an existing team, processes and large budgets to function.

Someone who only knows how to optimise campaigns but cannot connect media performance to business outcomes.
