? We’re Hiring | Senior Digital Marketing & Brand Strategist

Equibee Capital Advisors is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing & Brand Strategist to take ownership of our digital presence, brand positioning and content-led growth.

What will you do?

- Develop and execute Equibee’s digital & brand strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, website and other relevant platforms
- Build a strong, consistent brand identity, communication style and positioning
- Develop content around financial markets, investments, businesses, capital raising and corporate finance
- Work closely with our Research, Institutional and Transaction Advisory teams to turn complex financial insights into engaging, easy-to-understand content
- Plan and execute digital campaigns and brand-building initiatives
- Build a high-quality, relevant audience going beyond simply chasing follower numbers
- Track performance, understand what works and continuously improve our content and digital strategy

Who are we looking for?

✅ 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy,



content marketing or a related field

✅ Solid understanding of social media, digital marketing and brand building

✅ Excellent content, communication and storytelling skills

✅ Ability to understand complex financial/business concepts and convert them into compelling content

✅ A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable getting hands-on and executing

⭐ Experience in financial services, fintech, investments, capital markets or consulting will be an advantage.

This is not a role where you will simply manage social media.

You will have the opportunity to build and shape a financial services brand from the ground up, work directly with senior teams, and take charge of the communication strategy.
