Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Design and implement robust and scalable DevOps solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Automate and optimize IT processes using Ansible, Kubernetes, and other automation tools.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, promoting efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest DevOps technologies and best practices, driving continuous improvement.




- Ensure security and compliance across all DevOps initiatives, adhering to industry standards.
- Document and communicate DevOps strategies and best practices to stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the offshore team, ensuring seamless operations.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in Linux administration and configuration management using Ansible.
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- Proficiency in Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline integration and automation.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
