We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow CSM Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to design, configure, and develop solutions within our ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

CSM Implementation & Configuration Develop, configure, and customize core ServiceNow CSM features, including Case Management, Customer/Consumer Portals, Install Base, Entitlements, and Account/Contact management.

Workspace & Omni-channel Routing Configure Agent Workspace, Advanced Work Assignment (AWA), and communication channels (Chat/Virtual Agent, Email, and Openframe/CTI integrations).

Custom Development Write clean, maintainable code utilizing ServiceNow scripting tools such as JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Workflow/Flow Designer.

Portal & UI Customization Enhance and customize the Customer Service Portal using HTML, CSS, Angular JS, and Bootstrap to ensure an intuitive user experience.

System Integrations Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow CSM and external enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Billing platforms) using REST/SOAP web services.





Platform Best Practices Ensure all development adheres to ServiceNow best practices, maintaining instance health, scalability, and seamless upgrade paths.

Unit Testing & Support Conduct thorough unit testing, support QA/UAT cycles, and collaborate on bug fixes and platform upgrade activities (family upgrades and patches).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience 3 to 5 years of experience as a software developer, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience developing specifically on the ServiceNow platform.

Module Expertise Proven experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) applications. Familiarity with ITSM/CSM integration touchpoints is a solid asset.

Technical Proficiency Strong programming skills in JavaScript. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).

ServiceNow Core Proficient with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Studio, Application Support, and configuring Access Control Lists (ACLs).
