ROLE OVERVIEW
Senior Designers will lead design conceptualisation for ARQÉ's home décor and artisanal lifestyle collections and play a key role in the brand's exhibits, working closely with the founders on creative direction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualise and design home décor and accents collections in line with ARQÉ's brand aesthetic and vision including furnishings, runners, cushions, and accent pieces.
- Work across Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and relevant AI design tools to develop concepts and collateral.
- Translate design concepts into detailed specifications for artisans and Kargar’s, ensuring craftsmanship and quality standards are met.
- Contribute to and help execute the brand's exhibits and showcases.
- Collaborate with the Project Coordinator and Junior Designers to ensure design timelines are met.
- Present design concepts to the founders and incorporate feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience
- Prior experience in home décor or product design, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and familiarity with AI design tools.
- Strong sense of aesthetics aligned with luxury, contemporary home décor and craftsmanship-led design.
- Comfortable working from the Dadar studio, full time.
