Role Description:

The Senior Developer is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based backend services, n8n automation workflows, and ML solutions.

The role involves building scalable applications, integrating APIs and third-party services, developing and deploying ML models, and optimizing data pipelines and system performance. The developer will collaborate with consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, contribute to architecture and code reviews, mentor team members, and drive development best practices.

Core Skills and Responsibilities:

- 4–6 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Python.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, OOP, software design, and application architecture.
- Experience building production-grade Python applications, backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation/orchestration platforms.
- Strong practical experience in Machine Learning, including model development, training, evaluation, optimization, and production integration.
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy,



and scikit-learn or similar ML/data libraries.
- Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model selection, and performance evaluation.
- Experience building data pipelines and integrating ML models into production systems.
- Experience with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript for backend development and integrations.
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, databases, SQL, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Git, testing, debugging, deployment, and production environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.

- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or embeddings.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing technology projects.
- Experience mentoring developers and contributing to architecture and technical decisions.

Education

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
