Business Analysis & Requirements Elicitation Lead requirement-gathering workshops with front, middle, and back-office stakeholders to translate complex brokerage workflows into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.

Solution Implementation Drive the configuration, customization, and implementation of core brokerage and wealth management platforms.

Trade Lifecycle Management Analyze and optimize workflows across the entire trade lifecycle—including order routing, execution management (EMS/OMS), clearing, settlement, and custody.

Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary liaison between business units, product vendors, QA, and development teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into technical deliverables.
