Solution Design & Architecture: Drive the design of functional solutions. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and compliant with industry standards.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. Facilitate high-level workshops, manage expectations, and provide transparent communication on project status, risks, and proposed solutions.

Process Excellence: Utilize advanced process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, Visio) to map current-state and future-state workflows, ensuring seamless business integration.

Mentorship & Team Leadership: Provide functional guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, reviewing their work (User Stories, process flows, documentation) to maintain high delivery standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with developers, architects, and QA leads to ensure requirements are understood and correctly translated into the final product.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:



5–7 years of relevant experience in Business Consulting, Functional Consulting, or senior Business Analysis roles.

Technical Proficiency

Advanced Requirement Engineering: Proven ability to create high-quality BRDs, FSDs, and user stories.

Data Analysis: Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.

Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience leading or participating in Agile/SAFe/Scrum ceremonies; expert-level use of JIRA and Confluence.

Modeling Skills: Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, MS Visio).

Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams and present complex findings to senior management.
