Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Tester with a strong background in AI and Machine Learning (ML) to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test strategies for software applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications, focusing on AI and ML components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design effective testing strategies.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform regression testing and validate AI/ML models to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in software testing and AI/ML.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts and frameworks.
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify potential issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based testing environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience in performance testing and security testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on AI and ML.
- Relevant certifications in software testing or AI/ML are a plus.
