Strong proficiency in Python and Apache Spark with 6+ yrs of experience

Extensive hands-on experience with

Spark Core, Spark SQL, Data Frames/Datasets

Performance tuning and optimization of Spark jobs

Distributed data processing at scale

Advanced SQL skills for complex queries, transformations, and performance optimization

Working knowledge of Scala and/or R (preferred but not mandatory)

Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines

Implement scalable solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and integration

Work with large, complex datasets (structured and semi-structured)

Ensure data quality, validation, and reliability across pipelines

Hands-on experience with

Docker (containerization)

Kubernetes (orchestration)

CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments

Solid experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration

Exposure to GitHub Copilot or similar tools is a plus
