Form Architecture & Development Lead the end-to-end design and creation of complex AEM Adaptive and HTML5 Forms using AEM Forms Workbench, Adobe Sign, and Designer.

Workflow Engineering Architect and configure intricate AEM Workflows, Form Portals, and backend processing steps to automate document generation, routing, and approvals.

System Integration Design and implement secure integrations between AEM Forms and third-party enterprise architectures (e.g., ERP, CRM, RDBMS, and Document Management Systems) using REST/SOAP web services and OSGi bundles.

Component Customization Develop custom AEM components, client libraries (JavaScript/CSS), and OSGi services to extend out-of-the-box platform functionalities.

Data Model Design Define and manage complex Form Data Models (FDM), XML Schema Definitions (XSD), and JSON schemas to ensure accurate data mapping and integrity.

Platform Maintenance & Security Support system administration tasks, including platform upgrades, service pack installations, performance tuning,



and implementation of secure data transmission protocols.

Technical Leadership Mentor junior developers, conduct structured code reviews, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture blueprints and implementation guides.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

7–9 years of dedicated software development experience, with a minimum of 4+ years focusing heavily on AEM Forms (version 6.5 or AEM Cloud Service preferred).

Deep proficiency in Java, OSGi framework, Apache Felix, Sling, and JCR (Jackrabbit Oak).

Solid front-end development skills, including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles for adaptive form interfaces.

Expertise in document security mechanisms, digital signatures (Adobe Sign integration), and Reader Extensions.

Proven experience handling XML/JSON parsing, XDP template design, and processing Document of Record (DoR).
