Job Title Senior DevOps Engineer

Position Overview- This is a Senior DevOps Engineer role with a heavy focus on Cloud Infrastructure Automation (IaC) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) within the Microsoft ecosystem.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure and engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust deployment automation pipelines, managing scalable cloud infrastructure, and ensuring comprehensive system observability.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure, a strong mastery of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and a proven track record of building actionable monitoring solutions using Grafana. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating our delivery speed, enhancing system reliability, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deployment Automation & CI/CD Pipelines

Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines within the Azure ecosystem (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions).



Automate repetitive manual deployment tasks to ensure repeatable, scalable, and zero-downtime releases.

Support development teams by streamlining branching strategies, build artifacts, and environment provisioning.

Architect and build comprehensive Grafana dashboards to provide real-time visibility into infrastructure health, application performance, and pipeline metrics.

Integrate Grafana with various data sources (e.g., Prometheus, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) to establish proactive alerting frameworks.

Analyze trends and performance metrics to assist with capacity planning and rapid incident troubleshooting.

- Leadership & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Software Engineering, QA, and Product teams to align infrastructure initiatives with business goals. Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

Promote a robust DevOps culture centered around automation, documentation, security, and continuous improvement.
