Key Responsibilities

Application Development

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java technologies. Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud. Implement robust, scalable, and high-availability solutions.

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.

Database Development

Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.

Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL databases.

Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Integration

Develop integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, JMS, or MQ.

Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.

DevOps & Deployment

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Work with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and cloud platforms.

Support application deployments across development, testing, and production environments.

Technical Skills

Strong experience in Java 8/11/17+.

Query optimization and performance tuning.

Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.

Messaging & Integration

IBM MQ / RabbitMQ / ActiveMQ.

REST and SOAP Web Services.

Version Control

Git, GitHub, GitLab.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in airline, finance, telecom, or large enterprise environments.

Experience with API Gateway technologies.

Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and Identity Management solutions.

Exposure to event-driven architectures.

Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

OpenShift Container Platform.

Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

AI/ML integration experience.

Knowledge of OWASP security standards and secure coding practices.
