Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Specialist with a strong emphasis on Manual Testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing methodologies and a proven track record of ensuring software quality through rigorous testing processes. You will be responsible for identifying defects, validating functionality, and ensuring that software products meet the highest standards of quality before release.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manual testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.




- Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and quality aspects.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance software quality.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in Manual Testing techniques and methodologies.
- Proficient in writing clear and concise test cases and defect reports.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a solid focus on manual testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
