Salesforce Business Analyst - Lantern Health (Offshore)
Role Overview A Salesforce Business Analyst that understands and has worked on the functional aspects of sophisticated healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for documenting the current processes, to be processes and gap analysis regarding various components that power patient care programs. You will work closely with the team of Solution Architect, Product Owners, Quality Assurance to define and document business requirements into implementation ready user stories, you will also be responsible for assisting the business conduct UATs and various functional assessments.

Core Responsibilities
- Bridging the Gap Acts as the primary translator between non-technical business stakeholders and the technical Salesforce development team.
- Gathering Requirements Conducts workshops and interviews to uncover business pain points, mapping out current workflows and defining future-state processes.
- Writing User Stories Translates business needs into detailed documentation, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria that developers can easily execute.
- Guiding Testing (UAT) Leads User Acceptance Testing to ensure the technical solutions delivered by the team actually solve the original business problem.
- Driving User Adoption Creates training materials and manages change implementation to ensure end-users actually understand, embrace, and use the Salesforce platform.
