Role Overview

Full Stack PHP Developer experienced in building RESTful services and content-driven web applications, with deployments on Acquia Cloud, AWS, and on-prem infrastructure. Works closely with SMEs, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain content-driven web experiences using PHP and Twig within Drupal.

Develop custom modules, themes, and responsive, accessible UI (HTML, CSS, jQuery); integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

Optimize performance, caching (Varnish/CDN), and security; monitor with New Relic.

Manage Acquia Cloud environments (pipelines, cloud hooks, backups, deployments) and CI/CD with GitHub.

Lead technical design, code reviews, and mentor junior developers; translate business requirements into scalable Drupal solutions.





Required Skills

6-8 years in web application development; PHP 7/8, Twig, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5/CSS3.

Strong Drupal 9/10 expertise – custom modules, theming, site building, configuration management, core APIs (Form, Entity, Plugin, Render, Cache).

Drupal migrations/upgrades, Composer, Drush, Symfony fundamentals; PHPUnit/Behat testing.

RESTful services and API integrations; headless Drupal (JSON API/GraphQL) familiarity.

MySQL/PostgreSQL with schema design and query optimization.

Acquia Cloud Platform (environments, pipelines, cloud hooks, Acquia CLI); Site Factory a plus.

AWS exposure (S3, CloudFront, RDS, API Gateway, Lambda); CI/CD with Git/GitHub.

Secure coding, performance tuning, accessibility, SEO; Agile/Scrum (Jira/Azure DevOps).

Positive knowledge of Healthcare and Pharmacy Benefit Management.
