Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test strategies to ensure the quality and performance of our software products. This role requires a deep understanding of software testing methodologies and a passion for leveraging AI technologies to enhance testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and design specifications.
- Utilize Generative AI tools and techniques to automate testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct performance and regression testing to validate software functionality and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in software testing and Generative AI to continuously improve testing practices.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in Generative AI technologies.
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with performance testing tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience in cloud-based testing environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Generative AI.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
