Job Summary The Lead Pega Software Engineer will provide technical leadership to the development team and be responsible for delivering high-quality Pega solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Pega development activities across projects.
Design and develop complex Pega solutions.
Review technical designs and application implementations.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
Troubleshoot complex application issues.
Mentor and guide Pega developers.
Collaborate with architects, BAs, QA, and project managers.
Support deployment and production activities.
Ensure delivery meets quality, timeline, and technical standards.
Required Skills
Strong Pega development experience.
Experience leading Pega development teams.
Solid knowledge of Pega workflows, rules, and integrations.
Experience with APIs and enterprise applications.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Pega certification is preferred.
