Business Analysis & Requirements Elicitation Lead requirement-gathering workshops with front-office investment teams, middle-office operations, and back-office accounting stakeholders to translate complex investment workflows into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.

Solution Implementation Drive the configuration, customization, and implementation of core investment management and accounting platforms (e.g., portfolio management systems, accounting engines, or data warehousing solutions).

Investment Lifecycle Management Analyze and optimize workflows across the investment lifecycle—including security master management, corporate actions, portfolio construction, trade order management, and performance attribution.

Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary liaison between investment managers, product vendors, QA, and development teams to ensure functional requirements for investment platforms are accurately translated into technical deliverables.Testing & Validation Define functional test scenarios, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate that the deployed solutions align precisely with business rules, investment mandates, and regulatory reporting standards.





Technical & Functional Core Competencies

Asset Management Domain Robust understanding of investment products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Alternative Investments, Mutual Funds) and asset management business processes.

Investment Platforms Experience working with or implementing leading investment management systems (e.g., BlackRock Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Charles River, or similar portfolio accounting/IMS platforms).

Portfolio Accounting & Performance Deep knowledge of portfolio accounting, NAV calculation, trade reconciliations, and performance measurement (GIPS standards).

Regulatory Reporting Familiarity with global asset management regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., SEC reporting, UCITS, AIFMD, or ESG disclosure requirements).

Data & Tools Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, data mapping, and reporting, alongside strong skills in Agile management tools like Jira and Confluence.

Experience 6–10 years of experience in the IT/Consulting industry, with at least 4+ years dedicated explicitly to the Asset Management / Investment domain.
