We are looking for an SDLC / DevOps Engineer to support software development and deployment activities by building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and cloud infrastructure. The candidate should have knowledge of software development lifecycle processes, DevOps practices, and system monitoring.
The ideal candidate will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to improve application delivery, reliability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes
- Support application release and deployment activities
- Manage and monitor development and production environments
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues
- Collaborate with development and QA teams
- Maintain system reliability, availability, and performance
- Follow security and operational best practices
Required Skills
- Knowledge of DevOps and SDLC concepts
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell
- Understanding of Git/version control
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of containerization tools such as Docker
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk
- Understanding of Microservices architecture
- Experience working in Agile environments
