Senior AI Test Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Test Engineer to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI and machine learning testing, ensuring the quality and performance of AI-driven applications. You will play a crucial role in developing testing strategies, executing test plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI/ML applications.
- Conduct functional, performance, and regression testing to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with data scientists and developers to understand AI models and their requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Develop automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML testing methodologies and tools.




- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testing team members.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience in testing AI and machine learning applications.
- Robust understanding of AI/ML concepts and algorithms.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of data validation and data quality testing.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Relevant certifications in software testing or AI/ML are a plus.
