Job Summary We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong focus on Accessibility Testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automated testing frameworks and a deep understanding of accessibility standards and best practices. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are accessible to all users while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct thorough accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG and other relevant standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve accessibility issues.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Continuously enhance automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency.
- Mentor junior QA team members on best practices in automation and accessibility testing.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in QA Automation with a focus on Accessibility Testing.
- Solid knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and testing tools (e.g., Axe, Wave).
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with performance testing and security testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience in mobile application testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in QA Automation with a strong emphasis on Accessibility Testing.
- Relevant certifications in QA or Accessibility Testing are a plus.
