A strong understanding of Pega is essential, as you will be working closely with development teams to validate and verify software functionality.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Pega applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
- Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Document and report testing results, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software design and implementation.




- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and Pega technologies.

Mandatory Skills

- Robust expertise in Pega development and testing.
- Proficient in software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Pega applications.
