Bristlecone India Limited seeks a seasoned Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Webdynpro and ABAP to lead the S/4HANA Technical – Delivery team. The role involves end‑to‑end development, enhancement, and support of SAP solutions, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and seamless production operations for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain SAP Webdynpro applications and ABAP programs in S/4HANA environments.
- Implement enhancements, custom interfaces, and data migrations per business requirements.
- Perform detailed debugging, root‑cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
- Provide 24/7 production support and incident management for critical SAP landscapes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with SAP standards.
- Mentor junior developers and lead technical knowledge‑sharing sessions.
- Participate in architecture design reviews and contribute to solution roadmaps.
- Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and deployment guides.
- Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA and Webdynpro innovations and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of hands‑on SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP Webdynpro (ABAP) and S/4HANA technical modules.
- Proven track record of delivering enhancements, interfaces, and production support.
- Deep understanding of ABAP OO, BAPI, BADI, ALE/IDoc, and RFC communications.
- Experience with debugging tools, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in SAP.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with functional teams and clients.




- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- SAP certification (e.g., ABAP, S/4HANA) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
