Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a Senior Consultant – SAP‑Delivery Partner to join its S/4HANA Functional – Delivery team. The role will drive end‑to‑end Transportation Management (TM) solutions, overseeing both brown‑field enhancements and green‑field implementations, ensuring functional excellence and seamless integration within the S/4HANA landscape.

Responsibilities

- Lead functional design and configuration of SAP TM in brown‑field and green‑field S/4HANA projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and execute test scenarios, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide on‑site and remote support during go‑live and hypercare phases.
- Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge transfer across the delivery team.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other S/4HANA modules.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating best practices and lessons learned.
- Represent Bristlecone in client workshops and status meetings.

Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of SAP TM functional experience, including brown‑field and green‑field implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP TM within an S/4HANA environment.
- Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end transportation solutions for logistics or manufacturing domains.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor cross‑functional delivery teams.
- SAP TM certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery.




- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is advantageous.
