Role Description The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making for immigration and visa consulting services. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and client experience. The role involves preparing reports, dashboards, and insights for management, as well as supporting the implementation of new tools, systems, and process changes.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad, requiring close coordination with internal stakeholders and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications





- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, present findings, and engage with internal stakeholders.
- Experience in Business Process mapping, optimization, and implementation within service-oriented organizations.
- Ability to define, manage, and validate Business Requirements for new initiatives, systems, and process changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, preferably in consulting, immigration services, or related sectors.
- Robust problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and aptitude for working in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Comfort with using business analysis tools, CRM or workflow systems, and productivity software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, visualization tools).
- Ability to work on-site in Kerala, India and collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a professional, inclusive setting.
