Role Description The Senior BIM MEP Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing detailed MEP models in BIM platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP design teams to integrate models, resolve conflicts, and maintain up-to-date project documentation.

Daily tasks include setting up BIM templates, conducting clash detection, preparing construction-ready drawings, and supporting project teams with technical guidance on Revit and other BIM tools.



The Senior BIM MEP Modeler also contributes to improving internal workflows, mentoring junior modelers, and implementing best practices aligned with Morph’s ISO-certified processes.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in BIM and MEP modeling tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM coordination software).
- Experience in MEP design and coordination, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems within building projects.
- Solid understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and documentation, ideally aligned with ISO 19650 and ISO 9001 practices.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and client requirements, and translate them into accurate 3D models and 2D deliverables.
- Proven experience in clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior BIM modelers.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced BIM certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the AEC industry, especially in BIM MEP modeling for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
