We are looking for a mid-level engineer for the same ; Provide mid-level technical support (L2) for applications primarily built using Java with basic front-end technologies.
- Investigate and resolve application, performance, and integration issues through systematic troubleshooting. Analyze and debug issues related to REST APIs and gRPC-based microservices communication.; Perform log analysis, root cause identification, and recommend preventive measures. Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues efficiently. Manage incidents, change requests, and problem tickets while meeting defined SLAs.; Support deployments, configuration changes, and environment-related troubleshooting. Maintain explicit documentation and contribute to process and system improvements.
