Role Description The Senior Associate will handle litigation matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, conducting legal research; preparing opinions, memos, and court filings.
This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in litigation and dispute resolution, including drafting pleadings, strategizing case approaches, and appearing before forums (as applicable).
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills, with attention to detail and a practical, commercially oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; LL.M or additional qualifications in corporate or commercial law are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an associate or senior associate in a law firm or in-house legal team with similar practice areas.
