Role OverviewAs a Senior Associate – Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns. You will work closely with the Brand Management, Creator/Talent Procurement, Planning, Content and Operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within the agreed scope and to the expected quality standards.

This role requires someone who is highly organised, execution-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

You will be expected to take ownership of campaign execution rather than simply coordinating tasks.

Key Responsibilities1.

Campaign

Execution & Ownership

- Take complete ownership of the execution of assigned influencer marketing campaigns from kick-off to closure.
- Understand the campaign brief, objectives, target audience, deliverables, timelines and client expectations.
- Create and maintain campaign execution trackers with clear timelines, responsibilities and deliverables.
- Ensure all campaign activities are executed as per the agreed plan.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure there are no gaps between planning, creator onboarding, content creation and publishing.
- Proactively identify execution risks and resolve them before they impact campaign timelines.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within the agreed timelines and scope.

2. Influencer / Creator Coordination
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, talent managers and creator agencies for campaign execution.
- Share campaign briefs, content guidelines, deliverables and timelines with creators.
- Follow up with creators for:
- Brief acceptance
- Content submissions, Drafts, Revisions, Approvals, Posting, Live links, Campaign analytics
- Maintain strong professional relationships with creators and talent managers.




- Ensure creators are transparent about campaign expectations before content production begins.
- Handle creator queries and execution-related concerns efficiently.
- Escalate creator-related risks or delays wherever required.

- Content & Approval Management
- Coordinate the complete content approval cycle between creators, internal teams and clients.
- Review creator submissions against the campaign brief before sending them for client approval.
- Ensure content follows:
- Brand guidelines
- Campaign brief
- Mandatory talking points
- Do's & Don'ts
- Platform requirements
- Disclosure requirements
- Track revisions and ensure creators incorporate feedback correctly.
- Minimise unnecessary back-and-forth by ensuring feedback is consolidated and communicated clearly.
- Ensure approved content goes live exactly as per the agreed timelines.

- Campaign Tracking & Timelines

- Maintain real-time campaign trackers covering all active creators and deliverables.
- Track every stage of execution from onboarding to final posting.
- Monitor campaign deadlines and proactively follow up with stakeholders.
- Ensure there are no last-minute surprises around:
- Content submissions
- Approvals
- Shoot dates
- Posting dates
- Creator availability
- Payment documentation
- Provide regular status updates to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Highlight delayed, at-risk or blocked campaigns immediately.

- Client Coordination

- Work closely with Brand Managers / Account Managers to ensure client requirements are translated accurately into execution.
- Support client communication related to campaign execution and deliverables.
- Share campaign status updates, pending approvals and key execution updates.
- Coordinate client feedback and ensure the same is accurately communicated to creators.
- Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Ensure client commitments are met from an execution standpoint.
