Work Mode: Full-Time | Backend Office | Online Coordination with UAE Office
Experience: 7–10+ Years
Inspacial Group is looking for an experienced Architectural Designer to join our Ernakulam backend office and provide complete architectural design and drafting support for our UAE projects.
? Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7–10+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and drafting.
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD 2D for detailed architectural drawings.
- Strong knowledge of Revit Architecture / BIM.
- Good experience in 3D architectural modelling and visualization.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max and architectural rendering.
- Experience in preparing concept drawings, detailed drawings, working drawings, elevations, sections, layouts and shop drawings.
- Ability to develop drawings based on site information, sketches, concepts and client requirements.
- Good understanding of UAE construction practices and architectural requirements will be an advantage.
- Experience coordinating with MEP, structural and other disciplines.
- Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively with the UAE project team through online coordination.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
? Key Responsibilities
- Provide complete architectural drafting and design support to the UAE office.
- Prepare and modify 2D AutoCAD drawings for UAE projects.
- Develop Revit architectural models and drawings.
- Prepare 3D models and visualizations using 3ds Max.
- Prepare working drawings, shop drawings, details, elevations and sections.
- Coordinate drawings with the UAE engineering and project teams.
- Review drawings for accuracy, constructability and coordination.
- Make revisions based on comments received from the UAE office/client/consultant.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, documentation and project files.
- Coordinate remotely with the UAE team on a daily basis.
⭐ Preferred CandidateCandidates with UAE/GCC project experience and a strong portfolio of architectural drawings and 3D visualizations will be preferred.
