Job Overview The Senior Artist will join our team-oriented group of people in the Interactive Game Development Department. The ideal candidate will work with a group of Artists, Engineers, and Game Designers to create both online first content and port AGS’ proven land content to online.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Art Director and implement creative direction.
- Provide concept art for recent projects, including layout, color schemes, symbol concepts, background designs etc.
- Create digital paintings/illustrations, compositions/layouts, logos, UI elements.
- Consistently perform to high standards of accuracy and thoroughness within timelines.
- Actively participate and offer creative solutions to both art and game design challenges.
- Contribute to process improvements to increase productivity and the visual quality of the games.
- Collaborating with art team regarding best practices and processes relating to game development.
- Optimize existing game assets to meet online platform specifications and delivery requirements.
- Design visual content for marketing and promotional purposes as required.




- Keep abreast of new graphic techniques, trends and styles in the industry.
- Exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.

Skills/Requirements

- Portfolio required.
- 3+ years Professional Casino Industry Artist Experience or equivalent.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible to the ever-changing environment of a fast-growing company.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to take and give constructive feedback.
- Highly proficient in Photoshop.
- Experience with Jira
- Basic animation knowledge.
- After Effects, Spine and Unity skills/knowledge are pluses.
