MAEC Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Architect with strong experience in architectural design, interior design, 3D visualization, and on-site execution

.

? Key Responsibilitie s

Develop and execute architectural and interior design concepts from initial sketches to final execution

. Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details

. Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations for architectural and interior projects

. Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams

. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure designs are executed accurately

. Resolve site-level design and technical issues efficiently

. Review drawings, measurements, materials, and execution quality

. Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion with strong attention to detail

. Take ownership of projects from design development through execution and handover

.

? Requirement s





3+ years of relevant industry experience in architecture/interior design

. Strong knowledge of architectural planning, interiors, materials, detailing, and construction practices

. Excellent 3D visualization and presentation skills

. Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or equivalent

. Strong understanding of site execution and construction detailing

. Ability to read, understand, and coordinate architectural and structural drawings

. Solid communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills

.* Strong execution-oriented mindset with the ability to convert designs into reality

.
