Role Description The Senior Architect at bludesign will lead the end-to-end architectural design and technical direction of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and project management. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing scalable system architectures, guiding software development and integration efforts, reviewing technical designs and code, and resolving architectural issues and risks.

The Senior

Architect will mentor team members, participate in stakeholder meetings, prepare technical documentation, and support project planning, estimation, and delivery. The role also involves continuous improvement of design standards, evaluation of new technologies, and adherence to security, performance, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Robust Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.




- Hands-on Software Development experience, including familiarity with modern frameworks, coding best practices, and review processes.
- Expertise in Integration, including API design, data flows, and integration of third-party or legacy systems.
- Proven Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural roadmaps.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers or designers.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with industry standards, security practices, and performance optimization techniques.
