Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and a strong background in AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and performance of our software products. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML principles to effectively validate and enhance our automation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated test scripts for various applications, focusing on AI/ML components.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and identify testing requirements.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for automated testing.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members on automation best practices and AI/ML testing.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and their application in QA.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in QA automation with a solid focus on AI/ML technologies.
- Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in software testing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
- Experience in performance testing and security testing.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in QA automation, with a significant focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
