Sr Manager Operations Role The Senior Operations Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight for Google's Deal Operations programs, managing large-scale delivery across multiple workflows such as Order Management Process Fulfillment , Deal Management, Renewals, Contracting, and related commercial operations. This role is accountable for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, operational transformation, workforce strategy, and business growth while leading a large team of managers, team leads, and specialists. The ideal candidate will bring robust operational leadership, client engagement experience, process optimization expertise, and a proven track record of managing complex global operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities Delivery &

- Operational Excellence Own end-to-end delivery performance across Deal Operations program. Ensure consistent achievement of SLA, KPI, quality, productivity, customer experience, and compliance targets. Establish robust governance mechanisms to monitor operational performance and drive accountability. Lead strategic planning and execution for large-scale operations supporting Google's commercial business.



Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, throughput, utilization, and customer outcomes. Client &
- Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary escalation and relationship management point for Google stakeholders. Conduct executive business reviews, governance forums, and operational reviews. Translate client business objectives into scalable operational solutions. Build trusted advisor relationships with client leadership teams. Manage risks, escalations, and business continuity planning.

- Resource Management Own workforce planning strategy, forecasting, hiring plans, and capacity management. Partner with HR, Recruitment, and Workforce Management teams to ensure proactive staffing readiness. Optimize resource allocation across programs to maximize productivity and operational efficiency. Lead large-scale ramp-ups, transitions, and workforce transformation initiatives.
