Key Responsibilities

Solution

Design & Problem Solving

- Design, configure, and customize solutions from the company's existing suite of web-based tools to address client requirements within the private credit market.
- Analyze client business challenges and recommend appropriate product configurations and workflows.

2.

Demo & Proof of Concept (PoC) Setup

- Configure and maintain technical environments for product demonstrations, client trials, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Ensure solutions are effectively tailored to client objectives and demonstrate the product's capabilities in real-world use cases.

3.

Technical

Expertise

- Leverage strong SQL skills to query data, generate reports, and develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Utilize basic JavaScript knowledge for product customizations, integrations, and enhancements where required.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and successful delivery of client-specific solutions.

- Provide technical input and feedback to support product improvements and client engagements.

Engagement & Pre-Sales Support

- Support sales and pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise during demonstrations, evaluations, and PoCs.
- Understand client requirements and ensure technical configurations align with their business objectives and operational needs.

Private Credit Market

Knowledge

- Apply a strong understanding of private credit markets and asset classes, including:
- Asset-Based Lending (ABL)

- Commercial Real Estate (CRE)

- Private Lending (PL)
- Non-Performing Loans (NPL)

- Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO)





- Middle Market Lending (MM)

- Configure solutions that are relevant to each client's investment strategy and business context.

7. Pre-Sales Consulting

- Contribute to pre-sales initiatives by designing, configuring, and presenting tailored product demonstrations and PoCs.
- Help prospective clients understand how the platform can address their specific business challenges and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in pre-sales consulting, solution engineering, sales engineering, or client-facing technical roles.
- Strong SQL proficiency with the ability to analyze and manipulate data.

- Basic JavaScript knowledge for customizations and integrations.
- Familiarity with private credit, alternative investments, lending platforms, or capital markets is highly desirable.

Requirements

Key Requirements

Experience

- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within the Finance, Technology, or Consulting sectors.
- Prior experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, or Client-Facing Technical roles is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Strong command of SQL for data querying, analysis, and manipulation.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript for customization and integrations is an added advantage.

- Ability to work with web-based applications, databases, and technical configurations.

Finance Knowledge





- Solid understanding of the Private Credit market and associated asset classes, including:
- Asset-Based Lending (ABL)

- Commercial Real Estate (CRE)

- Private Lending (PL)
- Non-Performing Loans (NPL)

- Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO)

- Middle Market Lending (MM)

Communication Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical and financial concepts to clients in a clear, concise, and effective manner.

- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Problem-Solving Skills

- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to design and propose effective solutions that address client requirements in a timely manner.

- Capable of troubleshooting issues and identifying optimal solutions.

Collaboration

- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to deliver successful client solutions.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

- MBA in Finance or an equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst, Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Implementation Specialist is highly desirable.
