Job Title: Analyst SEZ and FEMA Compliance
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Reporting to: Senior Manager Legal Company Secretary
PURPOSE OF ROLE
We are looking for a compliance Analyst to manage Special Economic Zone (SEZ), FEMA and regulatory compliances for our Global Capability Centre.
The role requires close coordination with Government Authorities, Authorized Dealer Banks, Customs, DGFT,
SEZ Authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure timely statutory compliance.
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure compliance with the SEZ Act, 2005, and related regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and file statutory SEZ returns and related compliance documents, including MPR, APR, SERF, BLUT, and LUT.
- Monitor and close EDPMS and IDPMS transactions in compliance with RBI guidelines.
- Monitor BRC and Softex filings and liaise with AD banks for timely processing and closure of transactions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation pertaining to export realization.
- Prepare and obtain DSPF endorsements in a timely and compliant manner.
- Coordinate and support customs clearance processes for import and export transactions.
- Generate E-Way Bills in compliance with applicable GST requirements.
- Maintain compliance trackers and monitor adherence to statutory deadlines.
- Support statutory audits through timely provision of documentation and information.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of Experience in SEZ Compliance and FEMA
Technical/Functional Skills: (Mention any technical, functional or tool related skill in this section)
Mandatory Skills:
- SEZ Act, 2005
- FEMA and RBI guidelines
- SAP
- Tally
Preferred (Valuable to have) Skills:
- Advanced Excel
