Senior AI Engineer role focused on building and deploying LLM and generative AI solutions for regulated industries. The work centers on AI-driven risk, compliance, and automation use cases for a credit risk management platform.

Role: Senior AI Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience

- 3-6 years
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions
- At least 3 years of recent, hands-on experience in NLP and generative AI projects
- Proven track record in regulated industries, preferably financial services or healthcare

Qualification

- Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy LLM pipelines
- Incorporate foundational models, RAG, memory, caching, and external API integrations
- Implement generative AI solutions for regulated industries such as financial services and healthcare
- Apply advanced NLP techniques to complex language understanding and generation challenges
- Deploy, manage, and scale AI solutions on cloud platforms
- Collaborate with product, compliance, engineering, and data science teams
- Deliver business-ready AI solutions

Additional Responsibilities

- Conduct risk assessments for GenAI pipelines
- Address data privacy and security concerns
- Address bias and fairness in model outputs




- Address hallucination and factual accuracy issues
- Address prompt injection vulnerabilities and toxicity
- Address model drift and long-term performance degradation
- Develop safeguards, monitoring systems, and compliance frameworks
- Ensure responsible and regulatory-aligned AI deployment

Nice To Have

- Healthcare domain knowledge preferred
- Understanding of healthcare and life sciences regulatory frameworks including HIPAA and GDPR
- Awareness of healthcare generative AI use cases including patient engagement and virtual assistants, medical documentation assistance, scheduling, and operational automation
