Hiring: Senior AI Developer – InfraSec Automation (L2)

Location: RCP, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 4–6 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech

We are looking for Senior AI Developers – InfraSec Automation to build and deploy LLM-powered AI solutions and automation for security workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and deploy LLM-powered features for vulnerability summarization, log triage, remediation recommendations, policy/configuration review, and natural-language security data queries.
- Develop prompt templates, system prompts, structured-output schemas, function calling, and tool-use workflows.
- Implement end-to-end RAG pipelines covering chunking, embeddings, vector stores, retrieval tuning, and grounding.
- Build Python AI services/APIs integrating Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, and open-source models.
- Develop basic agentic AI workflows and tool/function calling.
- Develop supporting Java backend services/REST APIs and lightweight frontend components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build LLM evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, and regression suites to measure accuracy, hallucination, latency, and cost.
- Apply AI security and responsible-AI controls including prompt-injection mitigation, PII redaction, output filtering, rate limiting, audit logging, and access controls.
- Integrate AI services with security scanners, ticketing systems, SIEM, and monitoring platforms.
- Automate AI/ML operations using Python, Shell scripting, CI/CD, and Docker.
- Test, debug, tune, and maintain AI applications for reliability, performance,



and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Data teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Key Skills Required

Strong Python for AI/automation; experience with FastAPI/Flask, async programming, packaging, and testing

- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs: Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Vertex AI.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Haystack, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, JSON Schema, Structured Outputs, Function Calling, and Tool Use.
- Hands-on RAG experience with embeddings, chunking, retrieval tuning, and vector stores such as pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, Azure AI Search, or Vertex AI Vector Search.
- Experience with LLM evaluation using RAGAS, DeepEval, Promptfoo, LangSmith, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Java, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Robust Linux fundamentals, Shell scripting, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and at least one cloud platform: Azure, GCP, or AWS.
