Role Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python and FastAPI to design, build, and integrate enterprise-grade AI solutions. The role focuses on developing scalable REST APIs, integrating Generative AI capabilities, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and enabling seamless connectivity between AI services and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate combines strong backend engineering skills with practical experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud platforms, and up-to-date AI orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and asynchronous REST APIs for exposing AI and machine learning capabilities.
- Build backend services using Python and FastAPI to support enterprise AI applications.
- Integrate GenAI or LLM solutions into business applications and backend workflows.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines to provide secure and contextual information retrieval for AI systems.
- Implement AI orchestration workflows using LangChain or LangGraph.
- Build and maintain integrations between AI services and external systems through REST-based interfaces.
- Design and manage data persistence solutions using SQL databases and appropriate data access patterns.
- Deploy and support AI-enabled applications in cloud environments using AWS or Azure or GCP.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve API performance, scalability, reliability, and latency.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Evaluate real-time versus batch processing approaches and optimize backend services accordingly.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
