Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, and explaining program offerings and enrollment criteria. The role involves managing leads, following up with potential students, and maintaining accurate records in the admissions and CRM systems.





The counselor collaborates with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and alignment between learner goals and program choices. Daily responsibilities also include participating in outreach activities, providing high-quality customer support, and contributing insights to improve admissions processes and student engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for engaging with prospective learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to deliver a supportive, responsive, and learner-centric admissions experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to effectively convert inquiries into enrollments while maintaining ethical and transparent practices.
- Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, preferably in edtech, counseling, or academic programs.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or business is an advantage.
- Additional skills such as proficiency with CRM or admissions management tools, data-driven decision-making, and fluency in English and Hindi are beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is preferred.
