Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective learners through calls and consultations.

Understand candidates' educational background, career aspirations, and learning requirements.

Provide career-oriented guidance and recommend suitable learning programs.

Explain program structure, fees, financing options, and the admission process.

Manage the complete admissions cycle from initial counselling to enrolment.

Build strong relationships with prospective learners and maintain regular follow-ups.

Handle objections and assist candidates in making informed decisions.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates in the CRM.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.





Achieve individual and team admission targets.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in B2C Sales, Admissions, Career Counselling, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and provide consultative guidance.

Solid follow-up and objection-handling skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
