Role Description The Senior Accountant will manage and oversee the company’s financial accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. This role will prepare and review financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.

Accountant will monitor costs, analyze financial data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making for a growing luxury fashion brand. The role also includes coordinating with external auditors, improving internal controls,



and partnering with cross-functional teams on financial processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in core accounting functions, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced skills in accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., ERP systems, MS Excel).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate financial information clearly, and support management decisions.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a fashion, retail, or manufacturing workplace is beneficial, along with familiarity with inventory costing and margin analysis.
