Senior Accounts Executive - Leading Architect Firm

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Experience: 8-10 Years

Salary: Rs.45,000 - Rs.50,000

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in finalization of accounts, budgeting and MIS reporting.
- Experience in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
- Ability to manage project-wise accounting, billing and expense tracking.
- Good understanding of vendor management and payment processing.
- Strong reconciliation skills to verify client billing and consultant payments.
- Valuable communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, auditors and clients.




- Ability to handle multiple project accounts with accuracy and timelines.

Software Skills:

- Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- MS Office (Advanced Excel)
- Any ERP / Accounting Software

Preferred Industry Background:

- Architect Firms / Construction Contracting Companies / PMC Companies / Interior Design Firms

Interview Process:

- HR interview
- Technical interview with Finance Manager
- Final interview with Director

Work Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai.
