Role overview
Own the seller relationship — from home visit and offer to marketing and closing. You make selling feel effortless.
What you'll do
- Assess homes and present transparent, data-backed offers
- Guide sellers through mandate, upgrades and marketing
- Coordinate photography, listings and buyer outreach
- Keep sellers informed with total transparency
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years in real estate, acquisitions or sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills
- Analytical, organized and detail-obsessed
- A genuine desire to fix a broken experience
