Summary

In the role of Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This includes creating detailed architectural plans, ensuring that security measures are effectively integrated into cloud environments, and overseeing the documentation process for implemented controls. The role also requires facilitating the smooth transition of security operations to managed cloud services, coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with business goals and performance expectations throughout the lifecycle of cloud security initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and enforcement of security policies and standards within cloud environments.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure security architecture supports evolving business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of cloud security principles and practices.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Experience with cloud security frameworks and architecture design.
- Strong knowledge of access control models and identity governance.
- Familiarity with security compliance requirements and risk management in cloud environments.
- Ability to document and communicate complex security controls effectively.
- Skilled in coordinating security operations transition to managed cloud services.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- This position is based at our DDC 1A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
